Single Membership if paid before or on the date of our first Fun Show in May each year.  You can
become a member by applying and paying dues in person at the shows, or by sending a

Membership provides reduced show entry fees at RSC sponsored shows, updates by email
and eligibility for year-end awards and the Queen contests. Members ride in the Old Settler's
Celebration parade in Redfield each year. The Redfield Saddle Club members get together for

What is the "Tall in the Saddle" contest?
The Redfield Saddle Club's "Tall in the Saddle" club recognizes those members who spend a
lot of time in the saddle on their horses. This competition is open to all members and requires
participants to keep track of their own time in the saddle (on the back of a live horse). The
competition runs from April 1 through October 15 each year. Final results must be turned in
before October 15th. For 2010, there have been some changes and additions to the age
groups - check the current show bill for details.( NOTE: Your age is determined according to
what it was on January 1st of the current year.)

Is there an early entry form for the Fun Shows?
Yes, there is an early entry form that is used for our Fun shows. This form allows participants
to register without delays. For most of our Fun Shows the order of classes is the same.
